Attorney Profiles

Mr. Quintanilla joined the Brownsville office of Bailey & Galyen on September 2, 2008 as an Associate Attorney.  He manages the Family Law Department and handles all types of family law cases, including, but not limited to adoptions, divorces, child custody cases, child support cases, guardianships, modification of existing court orders, Motions to Enforce, Motions for Contempt, paternity cases, Temporary Restraining Orders, and Temporary Injunctions.  He handles cases in the Counties of Cameron, Hidalgo, and Willacy.

Mr. Quintanilla has several years of experience in civil litigation, having tried cases before juries in the areas of automobile accidents, business litigation, contracts, medical malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, and products liability.  He has also handled cases in arbitration and mediation.  He has been a volunteer mediator for the Cameron County Bar Association.

Mr. Quintanilla is a Brownsville native who continues to live in Brownsville.  He is a product of public schools and graduated from Homer Hanna High School in May of 1980.
